PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1/2 c. uncooked rice (UNCLE BEN'S® converted long)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water

Brown chops and drain grease. Place chops in baking dish and cover with 1/2 rice. Mix together soup and 1/2 cup water pour over chops and rice. Cover with tight foil, bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 2 hours. DO NOT USE MINUTE RICE.
