PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 c. celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Rice (enough for 6 servings)
1 c. carrots
1/2 c. onion

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook in 1 quart pan with water carrots, celery and onions about 45 minutes or until soft. Brown pork chops. Cook rice (as directed). Mix carrots, rice, celery, onions and soup. Put pork chops in baking pan and pour the mixture on top. Bake for 1 hour.
