WILD RICE SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 lb. raw wild rice
1 lb. pork sausage
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 soup can water

Cook wild rice according to rice directions. Brown sausage and drain. Saute onion and mushrooms in pork sausage fat until tender. Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
