WILD RICE/SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
3/4 lb. sausage
1 c. wild rice (can use Mr. Ben's wild rice and long grain rice)
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 (4 oz.) can pimentos
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon (pellets)
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 c. grated American cheese
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, or more

I wash and soak wild rice overnight or microwave in water until partially open, then drain.

Fry sausage; drain. Place everything in a large casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
