WILD RICE SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 oz. box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans consomme
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. mild or hot bulk sausage
4 oz. can mushrooms
1/4 c. almonds

Put rice and consomme in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Brown ground beef and put aside. Brown sausage, drain off fat. Toss ground beef with sausage and mushrooms. Add meat and mushroom mixture to rice. Top with almonds. Heat in 350 degree oven until warm. Great for breakfast - men love this dish!
