MOJAKKA CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, sliced
1 carrot, sliced thin
1 buffet size cream style corn
1 lb. link pork sausage
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
Salt, pepper to taste

Mix all vegetables together; add salt and pepper. Lay pork sausage on top. Bake about 2 hours in 350 degree oven. Turn sausages over when brown. Skim off some of the fat during cooking. Serves four.
