GARDEN COLESLAW 
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of hot pepper sauce
1/3 c. oil
3/4 lb. (4 c. packed) finely shredded green cabbage
1/2 c. red bell pepper
1/2 c. green bell pepper strips
1 lg. coarsely shredded carrot
1 sm. minced onion

In large bowl stir vinegar, sugar, salt and hot pepper sauce until sugar and salt are dissolved. Stir in oil. Add shredded cabbage, carrots, peppers, and onion. Toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
