MUSHROOMS IN SOUR CREAM 
2 lbs. mushrooms, sliced (Romania)
2 oz. butter
1 c. sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dill
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter and add mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook 10 minutes with lid on. Add dill and parsley. Mix flour and sour cream thoroughly and add to mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes and serve at once over rice or noodles.
