MUSHROOMS IN SOUR CREAM 
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream

Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter; add seasonings. Add sour cream, thicken with flour. Serve warm with crackers.
