SOUR CREAM CAKE 
Cinnamon Sugar:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together in a small bowl and set aside.

Batter:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar well. Mix in eggs and beat well, then add sour cream and blend well. Add rest of ingredients until well blended.

Pour half of batter into a springform pan, sprinkle with half cinnamon mixture, pour remaining batter, and sprinkle cinnamon mixture again. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
