8 to 9 inch new flower pot
3 to 4 lg. boxes instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lg. container frozen whipped topping
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies

Mix pudding as directed on package. Add cream cheese, whipped topping and crushed cookies. (Reserve 1 cup cookie crumbs.) Mix and pour into flower pot. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Insert your favorite artificial flower into center of pot. Place in center of table. Add gummy worms on top of cookie crumbs and hanging over edge of pot.
