BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. bulk sausage
12 eggs
12 slices bread, cubed, no crust
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
3 c. milk
Green peppers
Onion, diced
Paprika

Fry and drain sausage. Beat milk, eggs, and seasonings together. Pour over and mix with sausage, bread cubes and cheese. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Let set at room temperature 15 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cut, serve and enjoy!
