BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
12 slices bread, remove crust & cube
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked sausage

Alternate these layers in a 13 x 9 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Beat and pour over above:

6 eggs, beaten
4 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of pepper

Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes uncovered. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
