BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
12 slices buttered toast, cut in cubes 2 c. shredded American cheese 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 sm. can mushrooms 2 lbs. bulk sausage, cooked and drained or 2 c. cubed ham 8 eggs 1 qt. milk Put first 5 ingredients in layers in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Mix milk and eggs and pour over first ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Put 1/3 toast cubes on top. Recipe may be halved. |
