BLEU CHEESE DRESSING 
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1/4 c. lowfat cottage cheese
2 oz. (1/4 c.) Bleu cheese
4 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 scallion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt (if desired)
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

In blender or food processor, blend well all of the above ingredients.
