PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD - DESSERT 
1 lg. strawberry Jello (optional)
1 lg. lemon Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Prepare the strawberry Jello; place in large cake pan. Let set until completely jelled. Mix 1 cup water with the lemon Jello. Add the cream cheese. Beat with mixer. Add the vanilla ice cream; beat again. Next, add the drained pineapple. Pour on top of the other Jello. Let set until cold and molded. Place on lettuce leaf as salad or use as dessert.
