MEAT BALL PANCAKES 
1 lb. ground beef
6 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. season salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced parsley
1 onion, grated or chopped

1. Beat egg yolks and combine with beef, baking powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, parsley and onion.

2. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into meat mixture.

3. Drop by spoonfuls onto a hot buttered fry pan.

4. When puffed and brown around edges, turn and brown on other side.
