POTS DE CREME 
4 oz. semi sweet chocolate, broken up
2 tbsp. brandy or strong coffee
1/3 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 egg yolks

In small saucepan, over low heat, stir chocolate cream, sugar and salt until smooth. In small bowl with mixer beat yolks slightly. Beating constantly, gradually pour warm chocolate mixture into egg yolk in thin steady stream. Stir in brandy or coffee until smooth. Pour into small cordial glasses or demitasse cups. Chill. Makes 4 servings. 343 calories per serving (with brandy).
