POTS - DE - CREME 
6 oz. chocolate chips (1 c.)
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. Grand Marnier, Brandy, etc.
1 1/4 c. half & half cream

Blend all, except cream, in blender. Scald, but do not boil, cream. Add cream to chocolate and blend. Pour into cups and chill. Serves 4.
