4 cups cooked sweet potato
3 cups sugar
2 sticks butter
2 eggs, well beaten
2 uncooked pie shells

Mix potatoes, sugar, butter and eggs. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 300°F for 45 minutes.

Makes 2 pies.
