2 squares chocolate
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Bring first 4 ingredients to boil for 3 minutes covered. Take off burner. Add 2 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Count to 25, then beat!
