STRAWBERRY JAM CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. strawberry jam
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. clove
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. melted butter

Beat eggs, add sugar, beat and add jam. Add all dry ingredients and blend well. Mix soda in buttermilk, add to batter. Add melted butter and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees in three 9 inch pans until springs back at touch.

Frost with:

1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 apples
3 oranges
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Put ingredients in blender or grind. Add milk, cornstarch and sugar bring to rolling boil. Mix together all. Ice between layers, top and sides.
