STRAWBERRY CAKE | |
1 strawberry cake mix 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 can strawberry pie filling 2-3 tbsp. strawberry preserves or jam Cool Whip Prepare a strawberry cake mix as directed and bake in a 9x13 pan. While cake is still hot, poke holes in top with a large fork. Pour and spread Eagle Brand milk evenly across top of hot cake. In a bowl, mix together with a fork, 1 can of strawberry pie filling and 2-3 tablespoons of preserves or jam. Stir until strawberries are mashed up. Spread this over warm cake. When cake is cooled completely, top with Cool Whip and refrigerate. It gets better every day if it lasts long enough. |
