MEAT BALLS FOR SPAGHETTI 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients well and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minute. Meat balls will finish cooking in sauce.
