3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. water
2 c. chocolate chips

Cream brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat until well combined. Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder gradually beat into creamed mixture. Add water when dough becomes thick. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
