BOJANGLES BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. Crisco

Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening until mixture resembles meal. Add buttermilk, stir until moistened and dough begins to form ball. Turn dough on floured surface; knead lightly. Roll biscuits thick. Cut, roll with butter before baking. Bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
