MACARONI-SHRIMP SALAD 
2 lbs. boiled, cleaned, seasoned shrimp
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 c. frozen English peas, thawed
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
Chopped green or black olives
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Lettuce
Tomatoes

Mix shrimp, macaroni, uncooked peas, eggs, green pepper, olives, and onion. Blend mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over shrimp mixture and gently stir. Chill. Serve on lettuce. Dress with tomato wedges.
