STUFFED SHELLS 
Jumbo shells
Lg. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. Mozzarella (or Jack) cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder and parsley seasoning

Brown meat with onion and garlic to crumbling stage. Cook shells according to directions. Spread a few tablespoons of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan or dish. Stuff cooked meat and cheese into each shell. Place in pan. Place any remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle garlic and parsley seasoning over all. Place remaining spaghetti sauce on top of shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
