STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS 
20-24 (about 8 oz.) jumbo macaroni shells
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 lb. hamburger
3 c. Italian sauce
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese cut into sm. cubes (1 c.)

Cook shells and drain. Cook meat and the rest of the ingredients except the sauce. Stuff shells with meat mix and pour about half of the sauce in 2 quart casserole. Arrange shells and pour on the remaining sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
