JUMBO STUFFED SHELLS 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. chopped meat
1 egg
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
3 slices bread
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. parsley
1 lg. jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 box jumbo shells
Salt & pepper to taste

Break up meat and brown in skillet, drain. Break up bread in small bowl. Combine with egg and milk. Mix thoroughly browned meat, bread mix, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Fill cooked shells (cook 3 minutes).

Pour layer of sauce in 13 1/12 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4 inch pan or dish. Can use 2 (8 x 8 inch) pans. Arrange shells, cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered, then 15 minutes, uncovered.

Awesome recipe! This may become another family favorite. I added 4 cloves of fresh garlic to the meat which added nice flavor.
