STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS 
20-24 (about 8 oz.) jumbo macaroni shells
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 lb. hamburg
3 c. Italian sauce
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into sm. cubes (1 c.)

Cook shells and drain. Cook meat and rest of ingredients except the sauce. Stuff shells with meat mix and pour about 1/2 the sauce in 2-quart casserole. Arrange shells and pour about 1/2 of sauce on. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
