STUFFED SHELLS 
Large pasta shells (15-20)
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1 sm. jar spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
16 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella
1 egg

Boil shells according to package directions; drain. Mix 3 cheeses in a bowl and add egg. Fill shells with cheese mixture. Pour a layer of spaghetti sauce in a baking dish. Gently lay shells on sauce in a single layer. Pour 1 tablespoon sauce over each shell. Sprinkle Parmesan on each shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
