STUFFED SHELLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, coarsely shredded
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 egg
Salt & pepper
18 shells
2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars sauce
1/3 c. dry red wine
Parmesan cheese

Brown first 3 ingredients. Drain fat off and cool. Add cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook shells as directed on box.

Stuff shells with meat and cheese mixture. Arrange in a 9"x13" pan. Cover with sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
