CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
Small carton Cool Whip
Whole box (3 pkgs.) graham crackers
Chocolate frosting

Line buttered 9 x 13 pan with grahams laid out flat whole. Make pudding, fold in Cool Whip. Pour 1/2 pudding mix over grahams. Repeat crackers and pudding, then crackers again. Spread with chocolate fudge frosting. Chill 4 to 5 hours.
