BAR - B - QUE CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts halves or thighs, skinned
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. molasses
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
Dash of Tabasco sauce

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except chicken. Marinate chicken in this for an hour. Remove chicken and reserve marinade. Grill or broil chicken for 10 minutes. Turn and coat chicken with marinade and continue cooking until done. Heat reserved marinade to boiling; simmer 2 minutes. Spoon over chicken before serving.

For Each Half Breast: 165 calories; 8 grams saturated fat.

For Each Thigh: 150 calories; 14 grams saturated fat.
