1 (#2) can crushed pineapple with the juice
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. flour
5 slices of bread
1/2 stick butter

Beat egg, add flour, sugar and pineapple. Saute bread in butter and put on top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes to 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
