1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa

Mix well; drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7 minutes at 425 degrees.

FILLING:

1 c. Crisco
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. marshmallow fluff
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well.
