BRAN MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 c. Uncle Bens Rite-bran-pure rice bran
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs

TOPPING:

1/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients, except topping. Form into a loaf. Place in a shallow, baking pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Mix topping ingredients together. Spread topping on top of meatloaf and bake an additional 10 minutes.
