SWEET CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil, egg and milk. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
