1 pt. chopped clams or quahogs 1/3 c. milk 1 1/3 c. flour 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Drain clams and chop. Discard juice. Beat eggs. Add milk. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Add milk and egg mix. Add clams. Drop by teaspoonfuls in hot oil until brown. |
