PIEROGI 
1 pt. sour cream
2 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Filling: make mashed potatoes with butter and milk, adding Cheddar cheese to the mixture.

Make soft dough adding flour if needed. Roll out, not too thin. Cut out with large glass. Fill each piece and fold in half. Press edges with fork using water to form a good seal.
