1 lg. can cherry pie filling
1 pkg. prepared Dream Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. nuts

Mix Dream Whip, milk and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Chill.
