4 c. peaches
1 box Sure Jell
5 c. sugar
Paraffin wax

To fruit, add Sure Jell; cook gently 1 minute. Bring to a hard boil and add sugar; bring to a hard boil and continue boiling for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Sit off stove and stir and skim for 7 minutes. Place in steriled jars and place paraffin on top at once.
