QUICK PRESERVES (PEACH OR
RASPBERRY)
 
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen fruit (sliced peaches, raspberries, etc.)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. powdered fruit pectin
2 c. sugar

Prepare glasses.

In covered saucepan, cook fruit and lemon juice over high heat 2 minutes. Stir in pectin, heat to rolling boil stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add sugar, heat to rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minutes.

Remove from heat; immediately skim off foam. Fill glasses, seal and store (or store covered in the refrigerator no longer than 2 months).
