1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened & whipped
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/4 c. water

Mix cake mix as directed, but bake only 15 minutes on large cookie sheet pan with sides, size 17 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 1 inches. Let cool. Whip pudding let set, then mix with cream cheese. Add 1 (9 ounce) container Cool Whip to cream cheese and pudding mixture. Mix well, then put on cooled cake. Drain 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple. Put on cake. Next layer 2 cups coconut (wet with pineapple juice) and 1 cup sliced pecans. Decorate with Maraschino cherries.
