PINEAPPLE WALDORF SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits in juice
1 red apple, cored, chunked
1 tart apple, cored, chunked
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. plain yogurt
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

Drain pineapple. Combine apples, walnuts, pineapple, and celery. For dressing, combine remaining ingredients. Stir into pineapple mixture. Spoon on salad greens to serve. Makes 4 servings.
