BEST PINEAPPLE SALAD MOLD 
1 1/2 c. diced beets, canned
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. lemon gelatin
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Drain beets and pineapple. Heat juice; add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups juice. Dissolve sugar and gelatin in hot juice; add other ingredients. Pour into mold and let set overnight. Serves 6-8.
