CHEESY COLE SLAW | |
1 small head green cabbage (coarsely shredded) 1/4 head purple cabbage (coarsely shredded) 1 small sweet or red onion (slivered or chopped) 4 oz. shredded Heluva Good Extra-Sharp Cheddar cheese (to taste) 1/2-1 tsp. celery seeds 3/4 cup Marzetti Original Slaw Dressing 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar In a large bowl, mix cabbages and onion. Stir in shredded cheese and celery seeds. In a medium bowl, mix slaw dressing, mayonnaise, and vinegar together. Add to slaw and toss. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
