HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
6 lg. potatoes, boiled, peeled & sliced (do not over cook)
6 slices bacon, fried crisp & drained
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. warm water
6 green onions or 1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dried parsley &/or paprika

Boil potatoes until cooked, do not over cook. Peel and slice thin. Combine vinegar, sugar, water and cornstarch. Mix well. Pour over potatoes and toss along with bacon, onion, parsley and/or paprika.
