BROILED MARINATED SWORDFISH 
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
4 (3/4" thick) swordfish steaks
Double recipe for 6-8 steaks

Mix ingredients in blender and pour over swordfish a few hours (4-5 hours) before serving. Broil or grill about 6 minutes per side. Do not overcook.
